Despite the rain this morning we managed to get up into the woods and plant our trees. Our class were in charge of planting some Hawthorn trees. We learned that they will take about 5 years to grow to their full height which will be about the same size as Mr Macleod and they will provide berries which the blackbirds will eat in the winter.
